Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating as an affiliate in the B2B All-in-One AI-Powered Sales, Marketing & CRM Platform ("Platform"), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS, governing your participation in the affiliate program.

2. Affiliate Eligibility: Participation in the affiliate program is open to individuals and entities who comply with these Terms and who are legally capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Affiliate Registration: To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process provided by the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you agree to promote the Platform in accordance with the guidelines provided by EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS. This may include but is not limited to, promoting the Platform through approved marketing channels, using provided promotional materials, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Commissions and Payments: You may be eligible to receive commissions based on the sales generated through your affiliate link or code. Commissions and payment terms will be outlined in the affiliate agreement provided by EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS. Payments will be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule and may be subject to minimum payout thresholds.

6. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by or licensed to EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Platform as an affiliate.

7. Confidentiality: During your participation in the affiliate program, you may have access to confidential information about the Platform and EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS.

8. Termination: EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities related to the Platform and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program or any breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modification of Terms: EZ-N-SMART SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued participation in the affiliate program following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

12. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the affiliate program.
